Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address (used only to deliver your full report and magic-link receipt).
• Resume and job description text, temporarily, only to generate the tailored output.
• A SHA-256 hash of your IP address (used solely for rate limiting). We do not store raw IP addresses.

Retention

The free preview does not persist your resume or job description on our servers. For paid reports, your resume and job description are automatically deleted after 30 days. The generatedfull_reportis retained alongside your report record so you can continue to access it via the access link we email to you.

Sub-processors

• Google Gemini — generation of tailored content.
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing (Merchant of Record).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• PostHog — product analytics. We send only event names and coarse properties (e.g. match score, variant). We never send resume or job description content to PostHog.

Your rights

Consistent with GDPR and CCPA baselines, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email support@tailor.sasa.in from the address associated with your purchase and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie solely for Pro login. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and Secure in production. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

Material changes to this policy will be announced via a notice on the site. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
