Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy.

Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

How to request a refund

Either of the following is sufficient:

Reply to your Lemon Squeezy purchase confirmation email with the words “refund request” and your Lemon Squeezy order ID.
Email refunds@tailor.sasa.in with your Lemon Squeezy order ID and a short reason. We process requests within 24 hours during business days.

Eligible cases

You are not satisfied with the quality of the generated report.
A technical failure on our side prevented you from receiving the report.

Scope

Both per-use purchases ($9 one-time) and Pro subscriptions ($19 per month) are refundable within the 7-day window. Subscription refunds apply to the most recent billing cycle only.
