Refund Policy

Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Refunds are issued through Gumroad.

Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

How to request a refund

Either of the following is sufficient:

• Reply to your Gumroad receipt email with the words “refund request” and the order number shown on that receipt.
• Email refunds@tailor.sasa.in with your Gumroad order number and a short reason. We process requests within 24 hours during business days.

Eligible cases

• You are not satisfied with the quality of the generated report.
• A technical failure on our side prevented you from receiving the report.

Scope

applytailor is sold as a $9 one-time purchase per full report. There is no subscription. Every purchase is refundable within the 7-day window described above.
