1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using applytailor (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

applytailor helps you tailor resumes, draft cover letters, and generate interview questions for a given job description. Generation is performed by third-party large language model providers. Output quality depends on the input you provide and on the underlying model; no specific outcome is guaranteed.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Current pricing: $9 per single full report (per-use) and $19 per month for the Pro subscription. Taxes are collected by Lemon Squeezy as required by applicable law.

4. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which provides a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the content you submit (resume text and job description). Your submissions are processed by LLM providers (currently Google Gemini) to generate tailored output. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details, including retention periods and sub-processors.

6. Liability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranty of any kind. Generated content may contain inaccuracies and is not a substitute for professional advice. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@tailor.sasa.in. We may suspend or terminate access if you abuse the Service or violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator resides, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
